My connection to the Power of Earth Energy & Crystals alongside Aromatherapy started at a young age playing with Raw Crystals in the dirt and Mica.
As a Holistic Healer I have been through many challenges in life and I have been forced to face myself and to become the Authentic soul I am today. Through pain is growth
These challenges have made me resilient and opened my view of what stress and pain can do to the Body, Soul and Spirit.
Working on myself daily I learn that this journey is an inside job. I believe that Without judgement on ourselves and working from a Heart Space, we can move forward.
