How do I know which healing package is right for me?

Each package is designed to meet different needs. If you’re looking for deep relaxation and alignment, our Chakra Balancing & Reiki package may be best. For a more physical release, the Remedial or Indian Head Massage is ideal. And for a full-body and soul experience, The Whole Package is perfect.

Do I need prior experience for the massage classes?

Not at all. Our massage classes are suitable for beginners and parents alike. You’ll be guided step-by-step and supported with resources like manuals, videos, and oils to continue your learning at home.

What should I expect in a healing session?

Your session begins with a short consultation to understand your needs. Depending on your chosen treatment, you may experience guided relaxation, energy balancing, massage, aromatherapy, or the use of crystals. Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.

Are your classes and products only available in packages?

No. While our package deals provide great value, we also offer products (such as oils, handbooks, and T-shirts) individually for those who prefer to purchase separately.

Is Reiki or Crystal Healing safe?

Yes, all of our healing methods are safe, gentle, and non-invasive. They can be enjoyed by people of all ages and can complement traditional medical care.

Do you work with children?

Yes, we offer Crystal Children’s Groups (ages 4–14) as well as private sessions like Reiki Chakra Balancing for Children. These classes are gentle, supportive, and designed to nurture your child’s natural energy and wellbeing.

Can I bring my child to a healing session?

Yes, we provide specific healing sessions for children, but if you’re attending your own session, it’s best to arrange childcare so you can fully relax and receive the benefits.

What should I wear to a session?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For certain treatments, you may be asked to remove shoes or jewelry so you can fully relax.
